Refund & Returns Policy

At Oblitex, each product is made-to-order through our print-on-demand production system. Because every item is custom printed specifically for your order, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read our policy below before placing your order.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item received does not match the product ordered

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are printed specifically for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Items that do not fit personal preferences
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at contact@oblitex.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue
  4. Describe the problem and whether you prefer a refund or replacement

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If approved, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

You do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.


5. Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if the item has not entered production.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at contact@oblitex.com.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal carrier first.
If the package is confirmed lost during transit, we will assist in filing a claim and may provide a replacement depending on the situation.
