At Oblitex, every product is made on demand, which means we only produce items after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide before placing your order.
🔹 What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
🔹 How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
To request a replacement or refund, email us at admin@oblitex.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
✔ Order number
✔ Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
✔ A brief description of the issue

Refund Policy
🔹 When do I qualify for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
✔ Your order was never delivered due to a shipping issue.
✔ Your item arrived damaged or defective, and a replacement is not possible.
✔ Your order was incorrect (wrong design, size, or item).
🔹 When are refunds not available?
We do not issue refunds for:
– Incorrect sizing (please check our size guide before ordering).
– Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
– Shipping delays beyond our control (such as customs or carrier issues).

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Issues & Shipping Problems
🔹 My package is lost—what do I do?
If your package has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at admin@oblitex.com, and we will investigate the issue.
🔹 What if my address was incorrect?
If the shipping address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for the delivery. If your order is returned to us, we may be able to reship it at your expense.
